A non-directive talk therapy where you lead the conversation as I listen and support with empathy, genuineness, and nonjudgmental acceptance, helping you find your own solutions and grow in self-understanding. It is based on the idea that people have an inherent tendency toward psychological growth, so providing a safe, accepting relationship that allows growth to unfold.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
A structured, time-limited talk therapy that helps you notice and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors so you can feel and function better in daily life. Art Therapy
